Maryland Deanery Laity Council Leadership Training is focusing on Parish Laity Council formation and the present day development of subsidy removal with its actual effects on Nigerians.

The Deanery understands that its members though in the world are not of the world and so there are external factors that can affect leadership formation and performance.

This training will be broadening the minds of participants and give a better approach on how to cope accordingly.

The topics for the Leadership Seminar are:

2. Subsidy Removal and Access to Finance by MSMEs: Facing the Present-Day Reality in Nigeria.
